Benefit Packages for Consultants and Full Time Employees

FULL-TIME Employees (includes in-house employees and full-time consultants) are eligible for medical, dental, life and long-term disability insurance immediately upon employment. Eligibility for our 401k plan begins shortly after employment. See benefit details below.

TEMPORARY Employees (hourly) are not eligible for benefits as a result of employment, but may purchase select pre-tax benefits through Aegistech at excellent group rates

SUBCONTRACTORS are not eligible for benefits through Aegis Software.

MEDICAL INSURANCE
Aegistech employees eligible for medical benefits enjoy the Oxford Freedom Plan Select. This plan allows the employee to see a specialist in network without the referral from a primary care physician. One simply finds an in-network specialist and sets up an appointment. Under this plan, participants also have the option to go out of the network for services and still enjoy coverage. The plan provides in-network benefits generally at one flat cost per visit and out of network benefits are provided on a percentage basis after the annual deductible is paid. Our plan also offers a prescription drug card benefit. Eligible Employees: For full-time employees Aegistech pays 70% of medical coverage, the employee pays 30%. Hourly employees may purchase Oxford medical benefits at excellent group rates.

DENTAL INSURANCE
Aegistech offers eligible employees Principal's Group Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) insurance. With this plan, employees have the option to stay in network or go out of network. There is no deductible for preventive care in or out of network. The benefits provided by the plan generally depend upon treatment. Aegistech pays 70% of Principal dental coverage, the employee pays 30%. Eligible Employees: Full-Time Employees. Hourly employees may purchase dental benefits at excellent group rates.

401(K)
Aegistech offers its regular and hourly employees a 401k retirement plan. Eligible employees can invest from 1%-15% of their pretax earnings, up to the annual maximum amount permitted by the IRS. This excellent plan allows employees choices of numerous funds. Aegistech does not match employee contributions, but has historically contributed a percentage of the company profits to each employee's 401k account. We expect to continue this practice. Eligible Employees: Full-Time and Hourly Employees.

DISABILITY INSURANCE
If you're down and out for a long period of time, you can rest assured that you and your family will be well taken care of. Aegistech facilitates eligible employees with the purchase of long term disability insurance that can provide a disability benefit of up to $6000 per month, tax-free. Eligible Employees: Full-Time Employees. Hourly employees may purchase disability benefits at excellent group rates.

LIFE INSURANCE
Whether one's salary is $18,000 or $300,000 per year, Aegistech provides eligible employees with $50,000 of life insurance through the Jefferson Piliot Lifeamerica Life Insurance Company. Aegistech also facilitates the purchase of supplemental life insurance for employees at excellent group rates, in an amount equal to one times their annual salary up to $100,000. Eligible Employees: Full-Time Employees. Hourly employees may purchase Supplemental Life Insurance benefits at excellent group rates

VACATION, SICK DAYS, ETC.
At Aegistech, we like our consultants to be healthy, happy and rested. Eligible employees receive, on an accrual basis, the following time to recover from the daily grind:

VACATION: 10 Days/Year
SICK TIME: 5 Days/Year
COMPANY HOLIDAYS: 8 Days/Year
PERSONAL TIME: 5 Days/Year
FLOATING HOLIDAYS: 3 Days/Year
