Consulting Options

There are so many things to consider when one is entering into a consulting relationship. Taxes, benefits, vacation time...they can all be drastically affected by your decision.

"Regular" Full-Time Employment
In this scenario, you'll be on Aegistech payroll (a bimonthly system) and will receive our full benefits package. We'll send you on an exciting assignment best suited to your expertise, and see you four times a year at our company parties! When your assignment ends, don't worry about being out of work - Aegistech consultants are never on the bench for long.

Temporary or "Part-Time" Employment
Another option is to enter into a temporary relationship with us. Temporary employees have the option to purchase select pre-tax benefits at excellent group rates.

"Subcontracting"
As an Aegistech subcontractor you will be paid twice per month, but will be responsible for your own benefits. We strongly recommend the advice of an accountant when assessing the affect subcontracting can have on your taxes.
