QA & Testing Solutions

Aegistech has developed a comprehensive QA and Testing process. This process addresses all QA aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle that are essential to ensuring an efficient, effective and well-documented release.

QA Test Plan - encompasses roles and responsibilities; test objective, entrance and exit criteria; inclusions, exclusions and exceptions; business scenarios, test scripts and control data; test execution schedule and test process.

Test Cases and Scripts - address Module, Usability, Functional, Compatibility, and Regression UAT and production verification test cycles - all tests use both positive and negative test scenarios and are reusable for each testing cycle.

Defect Tracking Process - includes detailed defect information and status. Ability to produce Defect Reports for all test cycles and for future release information.

Regression and Performance Testing Process - includes test development, coordination and scheduling, S&P Test Plan/Scripts/Entrance and Success Criteria Identification and documented test results.

Release Workbook - compilation of all documentation produced during the QA effort, including Test Plans, Test Results, GUI Checklists, Test Script and Input Data Matrices, Test Execution Matrices, Defect Metrics and Log, Stress and Performance Test Plan and Results, UAT Results, Final Results Document and Release Recommendations/Notes.

Production Verification Testing - prior to the application going live, Test Cases are executed against the Production Environment, verifying that the Application’s promotion to the Production Environment was successful.
