Stanley Adelman, Founder & CEO
A 40+ year veteran of the software technology sector, Stan Adelman serves as Aegistech’s Founder and CEO. Prior to starting Aegistech (and Aegisoft, sold to Thomason Reuters in 2010), Adelman was co-founder and CEO of Systems Strategies, a computer consulting firm that developed advanced technology solutions for Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Equity trading floors.  Systems Strategies created the first widely-deployed standardized trader workstations for the securities industry, resulting in the Micrognosis trader workstation. The firm eventually became part of NYNEX (Verizon).

Prior to his success with Systems Strategies, Adelman served as Manager of Software Development for commercial products at General Instrument Corporation.  He has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Brooklyn College.

Samuel J. Tomarchio, President
Sam Tomarchio joined Aegistech as Managing Director in 2006 and was promoted to President of the company in 2012.  As President, Sam is responsible for the direction, growth, profitability and operations of Aegistech. Mr. Tomarchio began his career at IMI Systems (Ajilon), where he served as New Jersey Branch Manager. During his 17 years at IMI, he also served as Division Director, Account Manager, and Technical Consultant. Sam has also served as Vice President at Paragon Computer Professionals, District Manager at Yoh, and Vice President at cyberThink.

A diehard Phillies fan, Sam has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Debbie Spero, Manager of New Business Development
Debbie Spero, responsible for new business development at Aegistech, has been with the firm since 1997. Ms. Spero began her career in the computer industry, selling software into financial services firms at the onset of the PC’s introduction to the corporate marketplace. From there she moved into marketing mid-range hardware systems at Stratus Computers and Sequent Computers. Debbie has also served as VP/Director of Staffing for a high-net-worth trading division of Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Spero has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Baruch College.
